PizzaMaster® ovens offer all the power you need and absolute control, thanks to the independent electronic controls for regulating the temperature of the ceiling and bedplate. You can set the oven to obtain exactly the results you want. In addition, the turbo-start function allows you to heat the oven quickly and a double timer allows you to set the cooking time manually for a single cooking or automatically for all cooking, simply by pressing a button.
Two built-in halogen lamps placed in front of each oven chamber facilitate inspection, loading and unloading. This unique feature provides perfect visibility without glare and ensures adequate lighting even in the event of a lamp failure.
Each PizzaMaster® oven boasts exceptional power in relation to its size, with the heat distributed in a completely uniform manner. This is the result of advanced computer simulations and extensive testing of the power and the position of the heating elements. And this high power doesn't mean that PizzaMaster ovens are more energy intensive than other ovens, in fact it means that more pizzas can be cooked at the same time without the need to extend cooking times. To compensate for frequent door openings at peak times, we have positioned enhanced heating elements immediately behind the oven door. This ensures greater uniformity and faster temperature recovery.
Every PizzaMaster® oven features a heavy-duty door with oversized bushings that will provide years of trouble-free service. Ergonomic handles make the door easy to open and close. Large, heat-reflecting glass provides excellent visibility with minimal heat loss.
Thanks to its ideal porosity, our pizza stone optimally stores, and evenly distributes, heat. This, combined with the optimised heating elements, provides high efficiency and exceptionally fast temperature recovery. The pizza stone surface is specifically structured to induce a gentle flow of air around the pizza, giving a delicious crispiness to all types of pizza baked directly on the stone. It also minimises the risk of burning the bottom of the pizza. Since the PizzaMaster® pizza stone is extremely resistant to cracking, it lasts much longer than other types of stones.
PizzaMaster® ovens are carefully insulated to provide maximum heat retention, minimum energy consumption and low operating costs. To prevent heat from escaping through the door, a special transparent and heat-reflecting film has been applied to the inside of the glass. Effective insulation also allows for a low temperature around the oven resulting in a more pleasant working environment.
PizzaMaster® ovens feature a pull-out shelf, with the option to add a second shelf. Mount the shelf directly under the oven for a large, multipurpose work surface right where you need it most. Or mount it lower in the stand for a convenient, retractable surface for stacking takeout boxes.
